11/4/08   3     3     5     1   easy to develop a tolerance in short amount of time; is not effective for chronic pain. Elevated my blood pressure and gave me headaches - especially when taking multiple daily doses. Better acting long term drugs out there  :|

Click to report rating    2/25/08   3     2     3     3   I had a cervical fusion a few days ago. I am soooo itchy from the Lortab. I think I would rather have the surgery pain. This is driving me totally insane. My entire body itches.  :|

3/21/07   5     5     5     5   I've used this on and off for the past 6 years for chronic headache pain. This is perfect for mild to moderate headaches. It's a little more "speedy" than other opiates and allows me to still function while breaking the pain. Tolerance builds fast but I use it just infrequently enough to avoid addiction and fast tolerance. For worse pain I use Oxycodone without any APAP so I can use enough to be effective against a bad headache. I don't suffer from any bad side effects. Lortab does everything I need it to.  :)

3/16/07   4     5     5     4   Took this drug (7.5/500) for about two years after becoming disabled, and it helped me a lot. I did not suffer any digestive/intestinal side effects, did not have additional headaches. The only thing I noticed adverse was that my tolerance for high heat and humidity decreased after I had been on this drug for a few months. Other than that, I feel it did a good job for me.  :)

Click to report rating    1/19/07   4     4     5     4   I had a tonsilectomy yesterday and am recovering. They gave me Lortab as one of my pain medications. It's working wonderfully - but I am very dizzy when I stand and walk. Though, that could be one of the other meds or a combination. Regardless - apart from that, this stuff really helps the pain and helps me sleep.  :)

Click to report rating    11/5/06   5     4     5     5   I am currently taking Hydro/APAP 10/325 for lower back & hip pain. Works great and helps me sleep at night.  :)

Click to report rating    9/23/06   5     3     4     5   I take it for heart pain and foot pain from chemical damage due to chemotherapy. Along with Kadian the only drug combination that stops my agonizing pain. Has much lower side effects than oxycontin but still causes sweating and drowsiness.  :)

Click to report rating    7/30/06   4     5     5     5   I have found that both Lortab and Norco (325/10) work better for my headaches (migraine and tension) than Vicodin ES. I usually take one or two along with either a NSAID or Zomig or both to achieve maximum effect.  :)

Click to report rating    7/5/06   3     3     3     3   These are good if you don't have a tolerance. People that can take oxycontin in large amounts would not have much use for this except to keep them from getting sick.  :|

Click to report rating    3/20/06   3     2     4     3   only seems to take the edge off, but makes me sick if I do not take as prescribed. Only helps for a short time.  :|

Click to report rating    11/28/05   4     2     3     3   Took it after spinal fusion surgery. It took away the pain very well, but I got addicted just taking the prescribed dose. It was really hard to sleep, or even lie still, without it. Effective, but be careful if you get addicted to things easily...  :|

Click to report rating    10/29/05   3     2     3     3   Works good but is very short acting and the acetaminaphen in this drig in my opinion is bad if taken over long period of time  :|
